Pancibus is a flavor company, founded & run by a mother and son with a mission to create culturally inspired flavors that can be applied to conventional food items. They created, invented, and trademarked their flagship product Chalsa which is a fusion between a mango chutney and roasted tomatillo salsa. The product is versatile, all-natural, and can be used as a dip, topping, marinade, salsa, simmer sauce, and general flavor enhancer. Chalsa can be used with poultry, fish, vegetables, starches, and anything else your appetite desires. The product is vegan, gluten-free, and produced with no additives.
