My Alfajor

My Alfajor mission is to provide high quality products, respecting the environment and generating value for the society. We established our company goals with a vision to improve the local economy, collaborating with small local businesses, using local ingredients, and supporting each other. Our main products are Baked Hand-Made Empanadas, and Premium Alfajores. We always continue exploring new flavors from different parts of the world, we want to have the best of the world in an empanada.
Since our first sell day back in May 2022, we were the preferred Alfajor and Empanada everywhere we go, this is thanks to all our team members working in harmony, from dough and filling preparations to serve in the markets and events. We assemble our empanadas and fill our alfajores one by one and put the same love to all of them.
